Spinning chiming pendant

Available in solid gold with chain USD $2900, gold plated silver $600

Inspired by ancient sundials,  Balinese symbolic spinning “gamelan harmony”

Chimes used for ceremony whilst hand made using Etruscan 3000-year-old “granulation technique” a technique that is fast disappearing.

The Legend of the “Harmony Ball”

The harmony chiming ball is part of a tradition that dates back through millennia of generations as diverse as Mexico and Indonesia.  The spherical pendant emits a sound that inspires tranquility and harmony.

In Mayan culture is it called “Llamador de Angeles” Angel Caller.  Each pendant has a unique sound and is said to have a magical ability to summon the guardian angel of its wearer, protecting him or her through his or her life.

In Bali, it is given to pregnant women to harmonise and calm their baby through life. The sound is also reminiscent of their ceremonial music “gamelan” to connect to the spirits.

Using the fine granulation technique to create a beautiful texture to resemble the sun with your choice of healing stones.

Spin the sun, hear her chime, and manifest your dreams.

The Temple Ring

Price upon request

Silver and 18-carat gold spinning ring featuring a lotus flower with spinel stones.

Hand made in Myanmar supporting Master Goldsmiths.

An intricate design with deep symbology. The spinning globe locket has a lotus flower feature with four birth stones representative to the client; intricate and refined with wondrous madness. The hammered gold globe - representing the power of sound, also reminiscent to the sacred Tibetan healing bowls.

The silver shank is pillar like to represent stability and grounding. The stripe down the side is the journey she is on, set with fine rubies to represent fire and passion.

When you open the globe a lotus with 16 leaves is revealed to symbolise vulnerability and grace. The lotus is the symbol of the sun, creation and rebirth in Egypt and it is also the symbol of purity in the body, speech and mind rooted in the mud. The flower floats above the muddy waters of attachment and desire.

Thorani collection

Hand made in Myanmar, price upon request

The Thorani Collection fuses traditional techniques with modern design in 18ct gold and silver. The fish are a cultural symbol of the Inthar locals from Lake Inle where the local economy survives mostly on agriculture and fishing. The fish represent good luck and good fortune. Here Rebecca has taken the classic design and recreated it as an indigenous modern design. Unfortunately due to the rise in tourism, land reclamation and the deficient waste management around and on the lake it is threatening the natural environment with over 30 endemic species.

The Thorani collection is not only supporting local traditional craft in Yangon but is also raising awareness to fixing the world’s largest issue, the Ocean. 10% of the collection goes to We Are Project 0.

The Gajah Collection

The Gajah collection is a story of two brands that are aligned at their core values coming together through synchronicity where aesthetics and ethics meet to create a positive impact on our planet. A purpose driven collaboration between Rebecca Manners Bespoke and LOVE BRAND & Co to preserve, conserve and celebrate Master artisans and coexistence between man and elephant in partnership with the Elephant Family.

A thoughtful bespoke collaboration between artisan, designer and brand with 10% of the proceeds going to the Elephant family as well as supporting Bali’s village artisan economy.

An ethical and responsibly sourced collection using the disappearing traditional Balinese “Tatah” silver punch mark technique inspired by an antique elephant symbolic coin that represents prosperity. Fused with traditional stone carving using tagua nut, the ethical alternative to ivory also known as “vegetable ivory”. Each piece is hand made using recycled silver dipped in rhodium then 24k gold plated.
